Ana Paula Oliveira bio

Ana Paula Oliveira born May 26 1978 Campinas Sao Paulo Brazil. Woman on Top (2000), Sem Fio (2009), and A Indomada (1997) are among her best-known films. Ana Paula Oliveira has been an integral part of the Global Initiative Against Transnational Organized Crime since the month of March in 2020. She oversees the Assassination Witness as well as a member of GI-TOC's Multilateral Engagement Team. Her research at the GI-TOC focus on assassinations, disappearances and other forms of violence that occur in the framework of illicit economies. In addition to criminal organized, her work is focused on consequences of human rights and the international humanitarian law. Ana Paula received an LL.M.cum laude degree with a major in International Law, from the Graduate Institute of International and Development Studies in Geneva. She has an LL.M. with a concentration in Public Law, as well as an MBA in international relations from Fundacao Getulio Vargas. Ana Paula has a bachelor degree in Legal and Social Sciences from the Federal University of Rio de Janeiro. She has been a practicing lawyer for more than four years in a firm focused on public law litigation. In the past, she has also worked for non-governmental organizations that have their the headquarters located at Rio de Janeiro.
